Pre-orders

Things That Go ships with our first production run. You'll get an email the day the decks land, and your order ships that week.

Processing time

Once decks are in stock, orders ship within 3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when you order and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Shipping rates (United States)

• Standard — $8, arrives in about 3–5 business days after it ships. Free when you order two or more decks.

• Express — $15, arrives in about 1–2 business days after it ships.

Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and can vary, especially around holidays.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is coming; join the list and we'll let you know.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Wrong or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
