Every Glimpse deck is made in a small batch, so all sales are final. We can't accept returns or exchanges, but we stand behind every box we send.

Damaged, missing, or wrong

If your order arrives damaged, is missing something, or isn't what you ordered, email hello@dearglimpse.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement at no cost, no questions asked.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before your deck ships. Just email us with your order number.

Refunds

Refunds for cancelled pre-orders go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll get an email when it's done.
